1.8 hotfix

- Fixed the fatal errors happening when you complete a mission and receive a new one at the base.

- Fixed fuel and countermeasure numbers not being updated properly at the start of the game.

- Fixed an error that happens when you immediately jettison the weapon after firing some rounds.

I don't change version number, because I fear another false virus flagging by microsoft. I don't want to hate bill gates and hope I don't have to worry about this anymore.
